What users report
- Nobody answers: Support that does not reply, or replies with a template and closes the ticket.
- Pushed into things: Auto-debits, subscriptions or products the user says they did not choose.
- Credit report problems: Wrong entries, closed loans still showing, scores dropped without cause.
- Cannot get in: OTP and login failures that lock people out of their own money.
